Your details will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless you have indicated that you would like to receive content of this nature. If at any time you would like your personal details to be removed, or you would like to view the personal details we have on file for you, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it. Returned items must be in saleable condition, unused, unworn and with tags and packaging intact if applicable. Makie G reserves the right to refuse a returned item if these conditions are not considered to have been met.
Refunds
If you would like to return an item for a refund, you will need to firstly contact us by phone or email to notify us of your intention. Your item must be in saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact. You will be refunded via the same method in which you paid, minus the original shipping costs. Postage for refunded items is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds must be made within 14 days of item being dispatched from our warehouse.
Sale items will not be refunded. Please choose sale items carefully.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size, style of product, please contact us to notify us of your intention to return your item. Please nominate an alternative product, which will be held in stock for you until your item has been returned. We recommend returning products via Registered Post, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your item being dispatched. Your item must be saleable, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items will not be exchanged. Please choose sale items carefully.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. We are unable to take responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit. Complaints regarding damaged goods should be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We will be happy to exchange your product or give you a full refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Makie G.
Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately represent products for sale on this website. However, computer screens and colour settings do differ, and it is important to realise that colours on the website may not appear exactly the same in person. Makie G cannot take responsibility for discrepancies between colours on the screen and off.
Stock
Makie G make every effort to ensure that stock levels are up to date and accurate. In the event that you do place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone and give you the option to choose a replacement product, cancel your order or wait for a new delivery of your preferred product, where it is available.
